1. Design review for the offshore platform BorWin epsilon within the offshore grid connection project BorWin5

• Examination, commenting and approval of designs and documents
• Examination of the project parameter documentation
• Examination of the transport and installation concepts’ feasibility

2. Consultation and Evaluation

• Consultation and engineering services for all project phases for the offshore platform BorWin epsilon within the offshore grid connection project BorWin5 for the support of platform-specific issues
• The consultancies among others may include:

– Evaluation of studies, concepts etc.
– Gap analyses
– Generating (alternative) studies, concepts etc.
– 3D model reviews
– Alignment and preparation of decision models for technically unclear facts, not specified installation or component designs and changes
– Creating decision templates (technical commercial evaluation) of contradicting requirements

3. Analyses and Calculations

• Calculations and simulations of diverse disciplines (e.g. Material Handling and Lifting Devices, Structural, Geotechnical / Civil Engineering, Coating, Architectural or Transport and Installation (T&I)) for the offshore platform BorWin epsilon with the necessary and suitable software

4. Project Management and Lessons Learned

• Guaranteeing punctuality and quality
• Monitoring of project progress
• Keeping track of the lessons learned list
