We committed ourselves to review and assess all our activities against the aspects of GHG reduction. Consequently, our internal “Project Zero-25” went live in 2020 with its mission to reduce our GHG emissions significantly by 31^st of December 2025. To achieve that, an acquisition of our greenhouse gas emissions through an adjusted measuring system will take place as well as the creation of a greenhouse gas balance sheet. These tools shall correspond with the requirements of the international Greenhouse Gas Protocol and undergo certification by an accredited certifying body once ready to do so.

Based on the outcomes of the measurements, reduction actions for direct and indirect emissions will take place, also with a view on our offshore operations. During the last years, we already made first steps towards climate neutrality such as the implementation of Ecosia as the company standard search engine, the usage of a water dispenser instead of water bottles and implementing electric cars as company pool cars. Further initiatives for significant reductions of our direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions are continuously progressing.
